Does Airborne Tickets offer discount tickets? The discount tickets can only be authorized by the event producer. Airborne Tickets will reflect the discount in the purchase price when appropriate.
Can all the tickets I order be sent as one text or email to me? Each ticket is delivered individually in separate texts or email messages.
What fraud preventions do you have in place? We employ the latest measures for encryption in compliance with industry standards in order
to sell tickets to the public.
In addition our closed-loop system allows scanners to recognize the unique bar code on each ticket. If the same barcoded ticket is presented multiple times, the scanner will reject all tickets, once the first one has been presented.
When an event is cancelled what is your procedure? We will issue a refund to your charge/debit card.
Can I receive a refund if the event is postponed? We will issue a refund upon the request of the ticket purchaser. However many times event producers will honor the same ticket on subsequent dates. If the event is cancelled, we will issue an automatic refund to all ticket purchasers.
Do I need to give my social security number to purchase tickets? Under no circumstances will you be asked for your social security number to purchase tickets.
What happens if I've bought all the tickets and, at the last minute one of my friends can't attend the concert. Can I get a refund? No, but we'll be happy to change the name of the person on the ticket to reuse for
someone else who may want to attend.
How do I add a ticket at the last minute? Go to Purchase Tickets and purchase one more ticket. It only takes minutes and you'll have several quick options to obtain it immediately, depending on where you are. Some phones today can even do it at the front door of the event!
How do you charge for the convenience of ordering and receiving tickets so quickly? We charge a modest service fee--usually less than our competitors--because our overhead is low and our system is state-of-the-art, making it much more efficient.
Our service fees are based on ticket price, and range from $1.00-$4.00.
How does the Will Call option work? Generally work off a list of ticket purchasers at the entry or you are given a voucher for admission.
How long does it take to receive my tickets from the time I order them? The following delivery options are immediate: TextMe Mobile Phone Tickets are delivered to your Mobile Phone; Email to your email address or Mobile Phone; Email to your computer, then Print at Home, or send the email to your nearest office supply and they can print them for you.
Will Call- You pick up the ticket or voucher at the event.

If I read "Sales have ended" on the event site, what does this mean? The event is sold out, or the event producer has ended ticket sales. We recommend contacting the event producer or venue for additional purchase options.
Do I need a password to order tickets? No password is required. However a membership is highly recommended. It gives you access to
various functions such as reprinting your tickets, changing the name on tickets and it also
sets you up for special promotions and discounts.
Will my seats be together? If this is a reserved seating event, or if current availability allows, your seats will be together.
If your seats are not going to be together the system will alert you prior to making the purchase.
How many tickets can I order at a time? Is there a limit? Our general limit is ten, but the event producers can limit that to their preference.
How do I reprint my purchased tickets?
You can print your ticket from here, or have it emailed to you.

How do I purchase a ticket on the website?

2. Click on events and choose the designated event.
3. Select the quantity of tickets, type, and section you want in the “Purchase Tickets” box located on the right margin of the screen.
4. Insert the names of the recipients receiving tickets and select a delivery method (mobile phone, email, will call, or print at home), click continue.
5. A “bundle” of media (music, video, e-books etc) may be included with the event ticket you are selecting, you may also purchase additional media, or simply click “Skip and Checkout” if you are not interested in media.
6. Fill out the required credit card information and submit it by clicking “Complete Order” Tickets will arrive in the manner that they were chosen to be delivered.

How do Mobile Phone Tickets work?
When you select Mobile Phone Ticket as the delivery option, we send a message to your phone. The message includes a unique barcode that identifies the ticket and provides security. The message also has the usual ticket information about event, location, time, etc.
